INK & ARROW STUDIO IS OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR DETAILED, ARTISTIC, SEMI-INVASIVE SERVICES, WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO-GUEST POLICY. ONLY THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO.

LATENESS:
Guests should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited. An additional booking fee of $100 will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time

CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow 72 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Appointment booking fees/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional booking fees will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours’ notice.

If you no call/no-show your appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. Additional booking and possible full pre-payment will be due to schedule another appointment.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEES:
A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. Booking fees will be charged to the credit card you provided to Acuity upon booking your online reservation. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Booking fees are good for 3 months and may be carried over to a rescheduled appointment once within that time period with at least 72 hours notice.

REMAINING BALANCE:
The remaining balance will be due at your appointment and can be made by cash (preferred), all major credit cards or Venmo.

COMPLIMENTARY ENHANCEMENT SESSIONS (WITHIN 6-10 WEEKS):
After your first initial session with Ink & Arrow Studio, you may receive a complimentary touch-up if scheduled within 6-10 weeks following your initial session. Should you need to reschedule this appointment, the cancellation policy still applies and must still be within the 6-10 week timeframe, otherwise there an additional fee will apply with this newly rescheduled appointment.

FUTURE TOUCH-UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
If you are a return client and you need to schedule a touch-up appointment, please call or text us directly at 717-946-1180 so that we may make sure you are due for a touch-up and give you the convenient direct link to schedule your touch-up online.

WAITLIST:
We very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, however, please text us directly (717-946-1180), including your full name, number, service(s) desired and days/times available, if you would like to be added to the waitlist.

EXISTING MICROBLADING & COSMETIC TATTOOS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had previous microblading or cosmetic tattooing, we request that you email or text us clear photos of the area to be treated for approval (jess@inkandarrowstudio.com or 717-946-1180) BEFORE your appointment booking for a TATTOO CORRECTION/COVER-UP. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date you were last treated, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

GRATUITIES
We do not accept gratuities on credit cards, we only accept cash or through Venmo/Paypal. They are not necessary but welcomed, of course. 🙂

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less-than-desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new microblading and cosmetic tattoo to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
INK & ARROW STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion.
